One thing I was worried about was packing it back up. But again, it rolled up nicely and it all went back in the carry case. Theres plenty of room for even more people then it states will sleep. Hope this helps.
I haven't had a tent since I was probably a little kid, so I really can't gauge quality in comparison to what tents are like today with any bells and whistles, but here are my general impressions based on the price-set expectations: The material for the base floor feels like basic tarp, and the rest of the tent is polyester; thin and lightweight. I can't vouch for rain stability at the moment as I've only had it for 1 day but I don't know if I'd say this is particularly water resistant. I don't think this will keep anything more than a sprinkle out. I would not count on this in wind and real rain. There are 2 sets of double pockets, and an optional dome-attached nest pocket as well as a power cable velcro slot access. That's it. Aside from the tent and rainfly, there is nothing else to it. Basic tent, basic price.
At this point, I can say that there is only one annoying flaw: If you look at the product picture, you can see am orange flap along the bottom half of the door. It's part of the door and I think it's meant to cover the zipper where the rainfly may not. Well, this flap constantly gets stuck in the zipper...constantly. You'll have to keep your finger pointed out to hold back the flap as you zip up, or it will 100% get caught. Minor annoyance, but a constant one.
All things said, relative to the price, it's a pretty decent, very basic tent for mild-to-good weather.

Very spacious. Anyone who has purchased a tent before knows that a good rule of thumb for spacing is to allocate at least one person (tent) per person. In other words, a two person tent will comfortably fit one person. I can say with confidence that this tent will easily accommodate at least 6 people comfortably (Plus one large dog).
Cons:
While we were disassembling the tent we noticed one of the metal rods broke off the elastic string holder, this ended up being a chain effect. My only concern is that AmazonBasics does not seem to offer replacement parts outside of the one year warranty. So should anything happen outside of that year it would effectively deem this tent useless.
Summary:
In essence, this is a great tent at a great price, but if you cannot obtain replacement parts you may want to tread lightly as it could end up being a $100/camping trip tent if you cannot obtain replacement parts.
Amazon - please offer replacement parts.
